REGISTERED AND RECORDS OFFICE SERVICES

What is a Registered and Records Office?

All Alberta Corporations are required to have a "registered office", where the government will send annual correspondence. Corporations are also required to have a "records office", which is responsible for storing and maintaining the Corporate Minute Book. Records Offices are also required to be open to the public from 9-5 on all business days. Failure to comply with any of these regulations can result in a fine of up to $5,000.00

Why risk the fine? We can take care of all these administrative tasks for you.
